Casi redundancia, porque como se dice en la &uacute;ltima pel&iacute;cula de Abel Ferrara &ndash;algo entre lo documental y la ficci&oacute;n sobre la vida en las barriadas y las prisiones de N&aacute;poles&ndash;, la mayor parte de las edificaciones reales donde los simples mortales hemos de habitar, trabajar, descansar y volvernos a cansar es arquitectura de juzgado de guardia. Peor a&uacute;n: es arquitectura que no se ha podido llevar al juzgado, pues har&iacute;a falta el informe pericial de al menos un arquitecto distinto al que dirigi&oacute; la obra y con la Iglesia &ndash;con la corporaci&oacute;n, con la pi&ntilde;a gremial&ndash; hemos topado. En Burlada, por esas calles alrededor del ayuntamiento &ndash;hablo de esas calles a las que, seg&uacute;n proclama ahora la nueva historiograf&iacute;a carlista, los franquistas pusieron nombres antifranquistas sin saberlo, pues ni sospechaban que los requetes estuvieran contra Franco&ndash;, por esas calles a las que hace poco cambiaron de nombre hay mucha arquitectura &ldquo;napolitana&rdquo;: una cruda prolongaci&oacute;n de la vida fabril o una fea antesala de la colonia penitenciaria. Y en tan &ldquo;napolitano&rdquo; entorno surgi&oacute; no hace ni una legislatura completa un nuevo edificio consistorial que, adem&aacute;s de presentarse como arquitectura moderna, parec&iacute;a arquitectura sostenible y ecol&oacute;gica. Vana ilusi&oacute;n. El edificio ten&iacute;a lo que eufem&iacute;sticamente se ha llamado &ldquo;importantes problemas de confort t&eacute;rmico&rdquo; que hacen dura la vida dentro del mismo. Como nadie reconoce ni menos asume la menor responsabilidad en semejante desaguisado, a los contribuyentes nos queda poco m&aacute;s que pagar a escote el precio, no precisamente barato, de un pr&oacute;ximo intento de subsanar los errores de concepci&oacute;n del edificio. Por lo dem&aacute;s, nos queda pagar igualmente a escote y sin rechistar la parte de los presupuestos p&uacute;blicos destinados, en medio de la pertinaz sequ&iacute;a presupuestaria en materia cultural, a patrocinar la alta ch&aacute;chara intelectual sobre arquitectura ideal &ndash;ese bien tan escaso&ndash; promovida por Mangado y allegados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Publicado
